Excellent Customer Service

So I woke up the other morning and headed to the computer to adjust my fantasy baseball lineups only to discover that my lovely G5 laser gaming mouse was dead! The buttons still worked, but no movement what-so-ever. After unplugging and plugging it several times followed by a plethora of computer restarts, I started to get pretty upset seeing as I’ve only owned it for a few months. I decided to call Logitech’s customer service, but expected nothing other than “We can send you a box, you send us the mouse, we’ll examine it and if it’s deemed necessary, we’ll send you a new one in a million months.” I, however, would soon be in shock and awe. The customer service representative asked me a few questions to test it and then uttered these words: “We’ll send you out a new one right now and we don’t need the old one back. Enjoy!” I about fell to the floor. If that’s not customer service, I don’t know what is. So, thanks Logitech, you rock!
